GRILLED BEEF SALAD (Nam Tok Neua)

Ingredients:

1 pound fillet of beef

6 tablespoons Fish Sauce

7 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon rice powder, roasted until golden brown

2 tablespoons scallion, chopped

1/2 tablespoon Ground Hot Chili

2 tablespoons shallot, chopped

8 mint leaves

Long bean

Chinese cabbage

Instructions:

1. Slice the beef. Grill in a pan until fully cooked.

2. Mix in fish sauce, lime juice, chili, rice powder, shallot, scallion and some mint.

3. Serve with long bean and cabbage. Garnish with mint.
