PRAWN WITH GARLIC PEPPER (Goong Kra Tiem Phrik Thai)

Ingredients:

3 prawns, shelled and deveined

2 teaspoons garlic, chopped

2 teaspoons Thin Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper

2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Stir-fry garlic in oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Add prawn. Toss until garlic coats the prawn.

2. Season with thin soy sauce, ground pepper, oyster sauce and sugar. Add scallion and mix thoroughly.

3. Serve with steamed vegetables.
