CHINESE BROCCOLI WITH CRISPY PORK (Kha-Na Pad Mu Krop)

With tender slices of crispy pork and crunchy pieces of chinese broccoli, this dish will make your meal even more delicious

Ingredients:

1 pound Chinese broccoli

15 pieces crispy pork, sliced

2 teaspoons Thin Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1/4 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

Instructions:

1. Wash and slice Chinese broccoli. Drain out water.

2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Put all ingredients into the wok and quickly stir-fry.

3. Serve hot.
