CHICKEN FRIED NOODLES (Goey Tieow Kua Gai)

This staple Thai dish combines soft rice noodles, stir fried with chicken and squid, making the perfect entree for your meal.

Ingredients:

15 ounces XL Rice Stick

1/2 cup chicken, thinly sliced

1/4 cup yellow squid

1 egg

2 teaspoons Thin Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Black Soy Sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped

1/2 teaspoon Preserved Cabbage

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Soak the rice noodles in water for 4 hours, then drain them.

2. In a wok, heat oil and fry garlic until brown. Add egg, chicken and squid. Turn over.

3. Add flat noodle and stir-fry until brown. Add all other ingredients.

4. Serve hot.
