RICE NOODLE WITH SEAFOOD TOMYUM

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Tom yum curry paste

1/4 cup Coconut milk

2 cups Soup (stock)

1 cup Boiled rice noodle

2 pcs Shrimp

2 pcs Squid

2 pcs Mussels

2 pcs Sea bass meat

1 tablespoon Fish sauce

1/2 tablespoon Sugar

2 tablespoons Lime juice

Instructions:

1. Mix tom yum curry paste in a pot with soup and add coconut milk.

2. Cook to boil. Add shrimp, squid, mussels, fish and season with fish sauce, sugar and lime juice.

3. Wait till everything is all cooked and pour on to cooked noodles.
