STIR-FRIED PRAWN WITH BABY CORN (Goong Pad Kao Pod)

Ingredients:

15 white prawns

8 baby corn

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

2 teaspoons Thin Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1/4 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Jasmine Rice

Instructions:

1. Devein the prawn and discard the head. Rinse off.

2. Stir-fry garlic in oil over high heat for 1 minute. Add prawn and baby corn. Cook until well done.

3. Season to taste with thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Serve with a bowl of Jasmine Rice.
