CHICKEN STIR-FRY WITH CHILI (Gai Pad Prik Sod)

This spicy sauteed dish, with chunks of tender chicken breast, is great over white rice for any meal.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups chicken breast, sliced thinly

1/4 cup sliced onion

2 stalks scallion, chopped

4 red hot peppers

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

2 teaspoons Thin Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1/4 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a wok. Once hot, add garlic and stir-fry for a minute.

2. Add chicken, onion, scallion, hot pepper and chicken broth to wok. Stir.

3. Season to taste with thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
