STIR-FRIED VEGETABLE (Pad Pak Ruam)

Ingredients:

1/4 cup carrot, sliced

1 cup broccoli

1/4 cup Peeled Straw Mushrooms

1 head cauliflower, cut up

2 teaspoons Thin Soy Sauce>

1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1/4 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add carrot, cauliflower, mushroom and broccoli.

2. Add chicken broth. Season with thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Mix thoroughly.

3. Serve hot.
