FRIED CALAMARI (Pla Muk Tod)

This is an appetizer in which the calamari is dipped in a delicious batter and fried to a perfect golden brown, it is the perfect dish for any occasion.

Ingredients:

1 cup squid, cut into 1-inch pieces

7 tablespoons Tempura Flour

1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups cooking oil

Instructions:

1. Clean squid and cut into 1-inch long pieces.

2. Mix tempura flour, pepper, and salt in a bowl.

3. Coat the squid in the flour mix completely. Deep fry the squid over medium heat until golden brown.
