CRISPY PORK RIBS WITH THAI BASIL AND CHILI

Ingredients:

1 1/2 tablespoons Chili Paste in oil

300 grams Pork ribs cut up into pieces

1 tablespoon Thai red chili grinded with garlic

2 tablespoons Sliced red goat pepper

1/2 cup Mint leaf

4 tablespoons Soup (pork stock)

1 tablespoon Fish sauce

1 tablespoon Sugar

4 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 cup All purpose flour

3 cups Cooking oil

Instructions:

1. Marinate pork ribs with soy sauce.

2. Dip them in all purpose flour and fry them in medium heated oil until golden brown.

3. Remove from the oil. Stir-fry ground chili and garlic in oil till golden brown to release good aroma. Then add chili paste, pork stock, into oil and season with fish sauce and sugar.

4. Mix fried pork ribs in the chili pan. Serve with mint leaves and sliced goat chili on top.
