BAKED STUFFED CLAMS

Ingredients:

1/2 tablespoon Green curry paste

2 tablespoons Coconut milk

1 cup Fresh clams

12 pcs White bread (cut into 1 inch-square)

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 cup Garlic (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon Parsley

1/4 cup Basil (shredded)

1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Stir fry green curry paste with butter until aromatic.

2. Add garlic, parsley, coconut milk, basil and clams, set aside.

3. Scoop out the bread to make a hole in the square-shaped bread, stuff the clam-mixture into the bread, sprinkle the top with 2 cheeses and bake in the oven (240°C/475°F) until golden, serve hot.
