ROYAL PAD THAI NOODLE

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Pad Thai sauce

1 1/2 cups Rice noodle (sen chan)

5 pcs Banana prawn

2 Eggs

2 tablespoons Diced yellow soybean curd

2 tablespoons Dried shrimp

1/2 cup Stringed carrot

1 cup Bean sprout

2 tablespoons Grounded peanut

2 tablespoons Flowering chive

2 tablespoons Salted radish

1 pc. Lime

2 tablespoons Cooking oil

Instructions:

1. Sauté radish in oil and add pad thai sauce.

2. Soak noodle in the water till it has softened. Then add it in the pan. Add egg and stir well.

3. Mix carrot, bean sprout, flowering chive, dried shrimp and bean curd.

4. Serve with cilantro on top with raw bean sprout, flowering chive, lime and grounded peanut.
