FRIED SEA BASS WITH CHILI SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 cup Sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon Distilled vinegar

300 grams Sea bass meat

1/2 cup All purpose flour

1/4 cup Water

1/4 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Fish sauce

1 teaspoon Sugar

2 cups Cooking oil

1 tablespoon Diced red bell pepper

Coriander for garnishing

Instructions:

1. Slice sea bass into strips, dip in all purpose flour, pan-fry in heated cooking oil till golden brown and place on a dish.

2. Put sweet chili sauce in pre-heated cooking oil, add some water and cook till boil.

3. Season with fish sauce , sugar, salt, and distilled vinegar.

4. Continue cooking till sauce thickens a bit and pour onto the fried fish. Garnish with coriander and red bell pepper.
